Kris has earned many accolades during her consulting career. She is recognised as one of Australia’s most prolific published business author with editions of her books printed in many languages.
 
Maitland first met Kris in early 1996 when it invited her to launch the first of its many consultant showcase held over the next few years. At the launch titled “How to get the best out of your staff” Kris took the audience of senior public and private sector leaders through her “Crystal Clear” approach to communicating as a leader. Crystal Clear Communications is in fact the title of one of her many business books.
 
Kris continues to consult and lives in the Adelaide Hills, but travels widely within the region. Kris is one of a small team of consultants in the Maitland network that are based in Adelaide.
